The theme “Moving Forward” is to motivate the members to progress or advance further in our journey of toast mastering. The Toastmaster Of The Evening, Emily Bong, ACB, ALB, had early on before the meeting, blast out an email, “ Are you  moving  forward  to  equip  yourself to be a  better mentor?" Our honorable Brand Strategist Speaker’s, Jon Tan, DTM, had tailor made a “Mini Mentoring Workshop” in this meeting. In this workshop, he talks about how to be an effective mentor and the benefits of being a coach, mentor or mentee. It also explore on defining vision plan and mentoring scope. A practical role of Mentor and Mentee had taken place in this session to in-depth further in this workshop. He even distribute the materials of Mentoring to all who attended the workshop. “LET IT GO…………………LET IT GO…………………” In life, sometimes we harbour bitter and unpleasant feelings about someone or a disagreement; we allow such guilt or grief to be embedded in our hearts. Life goes on, just face the world, let it go and  let bygones be bygones . So ladies, set yourselves free, be someone who you want to be. Dress and look the way you like. From now on, transform and move forward with confidence and  RISE  like the break of  DAWN. A big applause to our ever energetic and confident TME, CC Tammy Lim for bringing in the idea of  “Let It Go.” Our Humour master CTM ATMB Carolyn Wong let go her first blast by standing on stage with her yellow  “wigs”  and act like a  “crown” . She hopes everyone could make use of toastmaster's platform to unleash, unlock and shine while embracing their journey with us. For the past 22 years, Crystal has empowered countless of successful women. Stars are born and many of the members had also transformed into bolder and better speakers.
