Crystal Toastmasters Club had their median 1st Exco Meeting on 2nd July 2011 for this New Term 2011/ 2012 which is being lead by our dynamic, energetic and passion lady who is non other than our President - Emily Bong. Our out going President - Mei Foong, was also present to give her support.

By the time, Mei Foong and myself reached her house at 1.30pm, we found out that she had prepared a few delicious food for us which include dessert. Everyone of us had a few round of helping on the food. All I can said is " ......... mmmmmmmm ......... yummy............. yummyyyyyyyyyyyy ......."

We had a hearty meal and started our meeting at 3pm.
The opening was officiated by Emily Bong, She had line up half of the team agenda and the necessary preparation for this half team. Pictures of the dedicated Exco Team at work.
To end our 1st Exco meeting and to boost up the spirit for a good start, I have brought a "Tiramisu Cake" to celebrate. The cake was to the liking of everyone.

The meeting was adjourned at 4.30pm
Emily !! ......... on behalf of the team, we would like to extend our "Thank You" for the hospitality and good food.
After the meeting, the second round was fun time. We went out hunting for our "Durians" and landed ourselves at PJ Uptown. We had our satisfying durians feast.
In Toastmasters, we always have Toastmasters of the Evening (TME) to co-ordinate the smooth flow of the evening and when its come to buying, we have our Top Negotiator of the Evening (TNE), who is none other than .............. guess who ? ............. Christine Lum. Just imagine, Buy 3 packets free 5 packets. We had our laughter as well, when this "leng lui" bargained for the durians ............ hehehe ................. Christine ! , you know what I mean ..........
