Time : 8.30am to 5.00pm

 Think of the successful leaders you know……

 They probably have one trait in common – the ability to communicate effectively. It is important that people develop this ability early in life so that they may successfully meet the challenges of adulthood and leadership.

Youth leadership Program (YLP) helps young people build their communication and leadership skills so they may become tomorrow’s leaders in business, industry and the community. Through this YLP, young people can grow to meet the challenges of adulthood and leadership successfully.

The YLP is conducted by members of Crystal Toastmasters as part of their community program. Unlike public speaking program offered by training companies, our YLP is facilitated by a group of trainers and mentors from the Club. They are proficient speakers and professional with corporate experience.

OBJECTIVES
Every young people have the potential to become a good communicator and leader, but this potential need to be developed. The program’s unique workshop-style design that put emphasis on specialize communication and leadership skills enables participants to develop the potential through practical experience.

 This 2 day experiential program allow participants to learn how to :-
  • Overcome their nervousness when speaking before an audience
  • Organise and present their ideas logically and convincingly
  • Listen carefully to others’ idea
  • Offer advice to help others improve their speaking and leadership skills
  • Participate and even lead – group discussions or meetings

 WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Youths in the age group of 13 to17 years. This is an opportunity they can’t afford to miss.
This special YLP is limited to 25 people only.

 This allows each participants to receive individual attention and the opportunity to get practical experience. So, book your seat early to avoid disappointment.

 Fees: RM 380 per person

(Inclusive of refreshments, luncheon, course materials from Toastmasters International USA)

Within her is the power to create , nurture and transform.” Based on that belief the founders crafted a special mission for the club i.e to empower women so that they can rewrite their destiny .
