Crystal Meetings Keynotes 12/7/2010
It was a Red and a Hot sensation gathering, as we begin a new Toastmasters year.
Thank you to our sougth-after TME Ng Sok Teng ATMB, who started the ball rolling...... Sok Teng was on the Top of her game. She control the field well, rounded up all players with full swings. It was indeed a glorious 'Bang' for Crystal TMC.
Hence, before our first meeting, we had signed in two new members, they are Julie and Joanne, more to come.... Yeah! My prediction comes true..... The positive 'Chi' from previous night meeting attracted our 4 unexpected guests to be our member, all young and vibrant future lawyers.
Thank you to Serene TM, who brought in another four Jewels to Crystal. From what I observe, these six ecstatic Jewels will definitely add value to our club. I would not review too much.... Let them tell us more in their ice breaker speech this coming meeting.
New President Lee Mei Foong maiden speech was clear and powerful. She was happy to see the huge crowd and reminded all of us to continue growing and transforming..... from cocoon to butterfly......
Our Past President, Chin Teng Yoong CC, has reaped from what she sowed. Thank to all her hard work and time. She has lead us to another President's Distinguished Club. And now she's now enjoying her fruits of labor, beaming at her back sit, knowing that she has successfully handed over her Presidential duty to another strong hand. Well done Madam Teng Yoong.....
Word of the evening Lyrical: Good standard of English was used, commented Bonnie Ang ACS.
Table Topic Master Emily Bong CC, (myself) dressed in red like Santarina (lol), having a bag of goodies to be pick and talk. Each piece of chocolate attached with a Motivational quote. The speakers will pick one and have to explain what the saying or quote means to him/her.

Seeing is believing... All speakers spoke exceptional well. They table topic evaluator was speechless in her evaluation. The name of this inpromtu speech were delivered flawlessly by all speakers ,name stated above. Thus, our Carolin ATMB, cannot detect any room for inprovement from all, including our guest Najwa.....Bravoooo......Execellent speakers'......
Assignment speakers in Advance Manual:
Our newly elected Division Governor Irene Lee CTM,ALB shared how she successfully persuaded the resident of Bukit Jeluton to Fight Crime.
Lay Chi ACS, said, in order to have good relationship with someone we must start with B.I.T.E. Hey, dont get it wrong, not biting someone......It means we must have these 4 good elements: Body language, Intention, Tone of vioce and Energy.
And Chuai Peng CC, was lost of word, when she recieved another Speaker of the night award. Congrats Chuai Peng...... Thank you to all role players for making this a Beautiful Meeting.
A special thank to our General Evaluator Henry Fu ACB, speech evaluators Sivaligan DTM and Vincent Soon CC for joining us in and making this a high- performing meeting!!
