“LET IT GO…………………LET IT GO…………………” In life, sometimes we harbour bitter and unpleasant feelings about someone or a disagreement; we allow such guilt or grief to be embedded in our hearts. Life goes on, just face the world, let it go and  let bygones be bygones . So ladies, set yourselves free, be someone who you want to be. Dress and look the way you like. From now on, transform and move forward with confidence and  RISE  like the break of  DAWN. A big applause to our ever energetic and confident TME, CC Tammy Lim for bringing in the idea of  “Let It Go.” Our Humour master CTM ATMB Carolyn Wong let go her first blast by standing on stage with her yellow  “wigs”  and act like a  “crown” . FIT FOR LIFE Thank you  CC Tammy Lim   for leading the opening gambit on the work out based on the song “Move Your Body”.    Everyone participated enthusiastically by following the movements displayed on the screen.   ACG CL Tan Saw Bee  chipped in to advise all members to cultivate the habit of brisk walking rather than jogging, for walking is one of the easiest ways to stay fit. Turn Back the Clock  -  Johnny Hates Jazz ​ Thank you TME  CC KL Cheah  for bringing us back to our memory lane, to make us looked back with gratitude and no regrets, be it in good times or bad times.  She further fostered our memory by playing a song sung by  Johnny Hates Jazz   –  “Turn Back the Clock”. All the audience were indulging themselves into their own memory by singing along with the song lyrics displayed on the screen. ACS ALB Emily Bong  brought us back to the present by tickling our funny bone “on purpose”.  The audience are awakened by her telephone demonstration of different emotions on UPSET, ANGRY, MAD AND RIDICULOUS. We now realized that one telephone call can actually trigger different kind of emotions.
