Crystal TMC Meeting Keynotes 12th May 2014‏

FIT FOR LIFE
Thank you CC Tammy Lim for leading the opening gambit on the work out based on the song“Move Your Body”.  Everyone participated enthusiastically by following the movements displayed on the screen.  ACG CL Tan Saw Bee chipped in to advise all members to cultivate the habit of brisk walking rather than jogging, for walking is one of the easiest ways to stay fit.
TME CTM CL Sue Ellen
Our TME CTM CL Sue Ellen strongly believed the concept of “Fit For Life”.  She would rather spend her money to subscribe a lifetime membership from the health club rather than giving it to the doctor. She quoted a few active members who are fit in their own identity as below;

Our first speaker TM Lee Kit Yuen symbolised her best friend as Doraemon. Her best friend always stays by her side during rain or shine. She shared her happiness as well as sadness in life. Kit Yuen is glad and appreciates her best friend in life. TM Kit Yuen wishes that the friendship can last forever like Doraemon and Nobita. She ended her story by a quote from Samuel Butler;“Friendship is like money, easier made than kept.”

DTM Deborah Leong
Moving on to our second speaker DTM Deborah Leong, an image consultant. She is a person who is mischievous, playful and loves to talk. Her story is like a song. She brought us through her life journey in the cycle of her significant names. We now have a better understanding about her different names changing from “Chew Hui” (Autumn Wisdom) to Debbie (hard working person) and now stay on as Deborah Leong. She disclosed to us the two sides of her life which is serene and calm at one side, and fun loving, active and talkative lady at the other.
