Dear ladies, Thank you to all the members who attended the Crystal's Annual General Meeting. Also a special thank you to our two distinguished guests, Leann Tang ,DTM and G Sivalingam, DTM.   It has been a sweet, melodious and rewarding journey for me to serve as the 15th President of the Club. It is not because of the glory and power that I came to this position, but to me, it is a journey of learning, relearning and unlearning many things in many life. I really appreciate the members for giving me such a great opportunity.   My appreciation goes to all Past Presidents, Executive Committees and members, who have supported me throughout the term.   This term, we continue to uphold the Crystal's tradition of maintaining the President's Distinguished Club 10/10 two months ahead of schedule. Thank you very much to our Area B5 Governor Nancy Liew, Dennis Wee DTM, our Parliamentarian and all Crystal members for attending our 14th Annual General Meeting yesterday. It has been an enriching and rewarding experienced for me as the President. I wish to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all of my Executive Committees and all members for their contributions in achieving the President Distinguished Club 10/10 three months ahead of schedule. Besides achieving the PDC (President's Distinguish Club) goal, Crystal has also achieved Passion Drive 1 campaigns held from July 2011 to September 2011. In addition, we also fulfilled Passion Drive 4 requirement by recruiting more than 10 members from July 2011 to March 2012. Awarded two new banners from Passion Drive One and Four campaigned. On 7th May 2011(Saturday), Crystal Toastmasters Club held their 13th Annual General Meeting at Italiannies in One Utama. Members and guests arrived on time....Exco members were busy setting the power point for reporting the performance of term 2010/2011 and to select the future leadership for our club for the term 2011/2012. President Lee Mei Foong spoke proundly of her achievement in her term 2010/2011, her left and right hand assistances, basically her whole Exco team were working hand in hand, from the beginning, working together staying together to achieve mission "Soaring Together to Greater Heights " and in maintaining Crystal legacy, 10/10 President Distinguished Club. President and IPP 2009/2010 Bye Bye to Exco Term 2009/2010 Jolly Treasurer(Emily) and President presented their Reports Our President CL, Chin Teng Yoong kicked off the meeting. She noted, "It was another fruitful year and it would be no different this time for Crystal Toastmaster Club, as it will be President Distinguished Club before the end of this term". Treasurer, Emily Bong was called to gave her report. Secretary, Siew Tho was busy taking notes. Our newly elected President, term 2010/2011 Lee Mei Foong gave her maiden President speech. She spoke from her heart that she will contribute her best to encourage the members to be passionate in learning and benefits from the toastmastering program. The results will lead our club in achieving 10 DCP goals. Instead of 10 DCP Goal, Crystal ladies also have to achieve extra one goal, ie "6 pack tummy". WHY ?
