Crystal Toastmasters Club, hit the wave of sensation for the Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contests on 27th August 2012 as its smash the record of participants for both contests. Caroline Wong, ATMB our Organizing Chair vibrantly energized the audience by commencing the evening with the Humorous Speech Contest and followed by the Evaluation Contest. In every contest, each and every participants are a winner in his or her own way by having the courage and confident to step forward as a contestants. The enrichment of knowledge, experience and fun learning is a journey to success. The audience and role players are equally important as without them the show cannot goes on !! It was a humorous evening as everyone is entertained with all the Contestants speeches. The speech with the title “Nine Month Glory” was so hilariously presented that it captured the audience heart as soon as the first sentence was utter. And as true as the speech title stand out, it was GLORY for Yip ...

Dear Crystal Ladies and friends On 24th September 2011, Sok Teng walk into Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus and did us proud as the 1st Runner Up for the Evaluation Contest. Congratulation !! She stand elegantly and give her evaluation to the Test Speaker - Kenneth Yee with his speech title “When I realized.” He shared with us the up and down of every human will face as they journey through their life. Sok Teng confidently evaluate the speech with constructive feedback and area for improvement. The result of the contests are as below. Dear Crystal ladies, Congratulations to Sok Teng and Karen Goh for carrying Crstal flag high in Area B5 HSC and EC Contest which was held on 10 September 2011. Sok Teng as the Champion of Area B 5 Evaluation Contest Else, Karen Goh as the 1st Runner up of Humorous Speech Contest. Bravo ! Well Done ! Hip hip Hooray !!!! Dear Members and Guests, A very Good Day to all our honorable guests,Doctors, Division Governor, Area Governor, DTM, all Club Officer, Organizing Chair, Contest Chair, Chief Judge and her panel team of Judges. Area B5 Humourous & Evaluation Contest Date : 14th August 2010 (Saturday) Time : 1.30 to 5pm Venue : Taylor Lakeside Campus This is to advise that our Club has brought 10 tickets for the contest. As a Crystal member , you are entitled to 1 ticket FOC, It is on First Come First Serve basis. It is open to all members, be it you are an old or new members. By attending this event, you will be able to learn from more proficient speakers and strengthen your speaking, evaluation and humorous skills. Come and join me in this great event.
